Welcome to the Naked Mates support center

This is the place to come to when you have technical issues with the Naked Mates website. In order to streamline support requests we use a support ticket system and every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

THURSDAY 13th to SUNDAY 16th July 2017 - we are away at our annual camping event NakedFest so may not be able to respond as promptly normal to support tickets. Please bear with us during this period. Many thanks.



Before you raise a ticket...

  • Forgotten your username or password? No need to raise a ticket for that, instead click HERE to reset it.

  • Raising a ticket about a payment by text or BACS? Please log in to Naked Mates and complete THIS form instead.
If your query relates to not having received a validation email we strongly recommend you CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR TICKET ONLINE (using the Check Ticket Status feature below) as if we are having problems sending you emails, you may not recieve any support replies!

We aim to respond to support tickets within 6-12 hours, but as our support is manned by volunteers please be patient. When creating a support request please provide your username and the email address you used upon registration.
