In order to streamline support requests we use a support ticket system and every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
If your support ticket relates to not having received a validation email we strongly recommend you check the status of your ticket online (using the Check Ticket Status feature below) as if we are having problems sending you emails, you may not recieve any support replies!We aim to respond to support tickets within 6-12 hours, but as our support is manned by volunteers please be patient. When creating a support request please provide your username and the email address you used upon registration.
