1 - By registering on NakedMates.co.uk I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by the rules of NakedMates.co.uk and that, as a private site, I acknowledge that NakedMates.co.uk has the right to reject or terminate my account for whatever reason it chooses without having to give me an explanation;

2 - By registering on NakedMates.co.uk I acknowledge that I am registering on a site where I am likely to encounter sexually explicit images of naked men;

3 - I agree that the information I provide in the registration process is truthful and honest, that I will not attempt to mislead other site users and that I agree that any photos I upload solely belong to me and I have all rights to use such photos;

4 - I agree that I have read and understood the 'In-Shape' policy and agree that if, in the opinion of NakedMates.co.uk, I do not meet its criteria that my account will be terminated forthwith;

5 - I understand that NakedMates.co.uk reserves the right to remove any photos, posts or events it judges to be inappropriate for whatever reason and that persistent uploading of such will result in termination of my account;

6 - Should I not log in to my account for 120 days I accept that it will be considered abandoned and that NakedMates.co.uk will have the right to irrevocably delete it;

7 - I accept that NakedMates.co.uk makes no guarantee that the service provided will be continuous and uninterrupted and also that it does not guarantee that all messages and chat sent via the site will be delivered;

8 - I accept that NakedMates support and administration is managed by volunteers and is not a 24 hour service and that therefore there may be unavoidable delays in responding to support, administration and picture verification requests.

9 - I acknowledge that NakedMates.co.uk does not take responsibility for nor actively monitor profiles, messages, chat sessions,events or posts on the site and that it is my responsibility to exercise caution and judgement when conversing with people online;

10 - I understand that my use and browsing of NakedMates.co.uk is entirely at my own risk. If I am dissatisfied with the content, functionality or management of the site, or with any of these Terms & Conditions, I understand that my sole and exclusive recourse is to delete my profile and discontinue access and use of the site;

11 - I understand that NakedMates.co.uk may contain links to other external websites and whilst NakedMates.co.uk will try to link only to sites that share their high standards and respect for privacy that they cannot take responsibility for the content or the privacy practices employed by other sites;

12 - I agree not to post commercial links or promote commercial services on NakedMates.co.uk without prior consent or without having made an appropriate donation (please see www.nakedmates.co.uk/commercial.htm for more information on commercial activities) and acknowledge that if I do my profile will be immediately suspended;

13 - Similarly I agree not to promote, or link to, competitor sites on Naked Mates and acknowledge that if I do my profile will be immediately suspended;

14 - I accept that replication of NakedMates.co.uk is prohibited under copyright laws and that use of any logo, design, or digital content from NakedMates.co.uk without written permission is prohibited;

15 - I understand that my participation in, and attendance at, any event posted on NakedMates.co.uk is entirely at my own risk and that NakedMates takes no responsibility for the integrity of any element of such events, the quality of the venue, or the integrity of the host or other guests. Where attending an outdoor event I accept that it is my responsibility to ascertain for myself the local rules regarding access rights and public nudity;

16 - I confirm that I am in good sexual health and I agree that I will only engage in safe sexual practices when participating in NakedMates.co.uk events.  I also agree that if my sexual bevahiour offends or intimidates any other member(s) in any other way then NakedMates.co.uk has the right to immediately eject me from any such event and cancel my membership without notice or consultation.
